We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and therefore we will gladly accept any unworn, unwashed, unaltered merchandise with original tags attached for a full refund or exchange within 30 calendar days of the invoice date.
We regret that merchandise marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
** ONCE ALL OF THE BELOW CRITERIA HAVE BEEN MET, A PRE-PAID** USPS (Post Office) RETURN LABEL WILL BE ISSUED TO YOU BY OUR AUTOMATIC EMAIL SYSTEM or SOMEONE FROM OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM.

Merchandise returned after 30 days of purchase will be accepted at our discretion for an online E-Gift Certificate (store credit), based on the current selling price.
If product was damaged or shipped incorrectly, please email us at hello@lohlasport.com with as much specificity as possible and we will gladly help you with a replacement. You will not be charged for shipping of replacement items.
