RETURN POLICY

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and therefore we will gladly accept any unworn, unwashed, unaltered merchandise with original tags attached for a refund within 30 calendar days of the invoice date.
Merchandise marked as FINAL SALE cannot be returned.
We regretfully state that cost of return, including duties and taxes, for ALL merchandise purchased outside of the US or on US Military bases is the customer's responsibility.

** ONCE ALL OF THE BELOW CRITERIA HAVE BEEN MET, A PREPAID USPS (Post Office) RETURN LABEL WILL BE ISSUED TO YOU BY OUR AUTOMATIC EMAIL SYSTEM or SOMEONE FROM OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM.
ALL REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES WILL BE PROCESSED WITH A $7 RETURN FEE EITHER DEDUCTED OR INVOICED

Please email us at hello@lohlasport.com with the following information:
1. The name that the order was placed under.
2. Your order number that was emailed to you for confirmation. 
3. The name of the item or items you would like to return.
4. Feedback as to why you are returning your item-- We want to hear from you!
5. The item(s) MUST have all original tags and label attached or
no refund will be issued.
Exchanges --
We do accept exchanges for eligible items. Please email us with your order # and a description of your exchange to hello@lohlasport.com. 
Exchanges will not be issued to any items that do not have labels and tags attached to the garment.
*ALL LABELS ARE PRE-WEIGHED AND PRE-TAGGED.*
PLEASE DO NOT ADD OR REMOVE ITEMS TO YOUR RETURN PACKAGE AS THE LABELS ARE PRE-WEIGHTED AND ASSOCIATED WITH YOUR REQUESTED ITEMS AT TIME OF EMAIL.

Merchandise returned after 30 days of purchase will be accepted at our discretion for an online E-Gift Certificate (store credit), based on the current selling price.
If product was damaged or shipped incorrectly, please email us at hello@lohlasport.com with as much specificity as possible and we will gladly help you with a replacement. You will not be charged for shipping of replacement items.

LOST PACKAGES
We are so sorry your LOHLA didn’t make it to you. Regrettably, as we are a small company, we do not refund or replace lost or stolen packages where the tracking states proof of delivery. Once any package leaves our warehouse it is in the hands of and the responsibility of the postal service that the customer chooses at time of purchase. If you believe your package is lost or stolen please file a loss claim with USPS or UPS.
